In the olive garden

Something about this land

And what about the cultivar? Just Coratina.
This is the name of the indigenous varieties recognised as DOP and IGP (which stand for certifications for quality of the product and the territory).

THIS VARIETY OF OIL HAS
A STRONG PERSONALITY.
ON THE APPEARANCE WITH HIS
GREEN AND GOLD REFLECTION
AND ON THE NOSE WITH ITS
INTENSE FRUITY AND BITTER
SPICY. IN DIALECT WE SAY
“GRAB ‘N GANN”, LITERALLY
“YOU FEEL IT IN THE THROAT”,
A WAY TO SAY THAT IT PINCHES.
THIS IS THE FLAVOUR WE LOVE
AND WE WANT TO SHARE.

In the olive garden

Something about this land

The olive groves are situated in Puglia,
between Trani and Corato.
These trees, strong and vigorous, are there from centuries and continue to give us their fruits. We have decided to favour the natural feature of the foliage, respecting the history of the territory and to preserve the original space between the trees.

And what about the cultivar? Just Coratina.
This is the name of the indigenous varieties recognised as DOP and IGP (which stand for certifications for quality of the product and the territory).

THIS CHARACTERISTIC IS NOT ONLY OLFACTORY BUT IT ALSO REFLECTS ITS QUALITY ALSO QUALITATIVELY. THE CORATINA OIL IS INCREDIBLY RICH IN POLYPHENOLS, WHICH CHARACTERIZE DECISIVELY THE VEGETABLE ESSENCE OF THIS OIL THAT SURPRISES US YEAR AFTER YEAR, THANKS TO DIFFERENT SHADES OF FLAVOUR, COLOURS AND AROMAS.
